DSK seeks diplomatic immunity in civil case brought by hotel maid

Former IMF chief Dominque Strass-Kahn is seeking to have the civil case against him by a hotel maid who accuses him of sexual assault at a New York hotel in May dismissed.

The former front-runner in the French presidential election is claiming diplomatic immunity from civil litigation.
